Two weeks ago on BBC Radio 1, Daniel Pierce a.k.a. Eats Everything made his debut on the world-famous Essential Mix. The show featured a live set recorded at an underground electronica venue known as In:Motion, a converted skatepark and warehouse complex in Bristol, England. Bristol, especially as of late, has been producing some of the best bass music (basically EDM without the bro-lectro craziness, ideas, or connotations…much deeper, bassier, minimal, and mroe sophisticated) with names such as Julio Bashmore and Waifs & Strays. Keep you eye on the game across the pond; as always, there’s some big things happening over there.
Eats Everything :: BBC1 Essential Mix
Recently, Eats Everything released his remix of Huxley’s “Let It Go” through Hypercolour. It’s a sexy, sexy track, including classic and instantly recognizable 808 drum sounds and sub bass that makes you melt fully into the very ground you stand on. The vocals are also expertly re-worked and effected, complimenting and really bringing the lust out of Huxley. Throw this track on when you’re about to the dirty.
